What´s New in Setlinings?
After almost 10 years of performing safely more than 1.000 projects in 65 countries the Setlinings Group is continually investing to upgrade our services.
Setlinings Group is fulling its Mission, it has grown rapidly to become THE BEST Refractories Services Company , world wide.
The Engineering capacity situated in Germany, offering turn key concept and serving all 5 Continents, become an attractive tool for our customers .
Setlinings Group has embarked, 10 years ago, on a ambitious programme to diversify the Aluminium sector, both Green and Brown fields, taking in account the success obtained in the Lining of Anode Baking Furnaces (ABF).
In saying so Set Linings Group has increased its activity in the Lining of Holding Furnaces, Cast House, Pot Lining, Sealing Cathodes, Alumina Calciner Plants, and securing major Maintenance Contracts in Aluminum Smelters as well as complete revamping works in Anode Baking furnaces while keeping the Furnace in operation.
The challenge has been met! Thanks to the enthusiasm of our teams and confidence of our clients.
Five examples of that successful corporate strategy:
Riedhammer Germany – Alba Aluminium – Manama – Bahrain–Major Revamping with the complete demolition and Linings of a 68 sections ABF and increasing capacity, with the furnace in operation –from 12of march 2016 to 12 June 2016.
Outotec GmbH & Co.KG Germany – EGA – Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates – Lining of 2 new Alumina Calciner Plants – (ongoing).
Bechtel – Rio Tinto Alcan – BC Kitimat – BC Canada – BRASCO was named by its client as the Most Performing Cathode Sealing Operation Worldwide. And performing on the same project the Cathode Sealing Mechanical installation and 384 Pots in the new Pot room. – (Completed).
Albras – Aluminio do Brasil – Belem – Brasil – 3 Years Maintenance contract, including all mechanical works on the pots shells – (ongoing).
Maaden Aluminium – Ras Al Khaimah – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Lining of 2 Anode Baking Furnaces , lining of 760 Pots in 2 Pot Rooms, and the 3 Years Maintenance Contract. – (ongoing).
Setlinings will increase his Capital from 6 Mio€ to 7.5Mio€ during 2016, in order to support the continued growth and meet the increased projects demands .
